Representative Ogan objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. 1997-05-02 House Journal Page 1483 SJR 14 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that SJR14amH be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SJR 14 am H was read the third time. Representative Porter declared a potential conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall SJR 14 am H pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 14 am H Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 28 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Bunde, Cowdery, Croft, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Hodgins, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kemplen, Kohring, Kott, Martin, Masek, Mulder, Ogan, Phillips, Rokeberg, Sanders, Vezey, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Davies, Elton, Hudson, Joule, Kookesh, Kubina, Moses, Nicholia, Porter Absent: Ryan, Therriault Green changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so SJR 14 am H passed the House. Representative Kubina gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SJR 14 am H.
